This tongue-twisting houseplant genus is well known from Sri Lanka to Borneo and Malaysia, but almost unknown elsewhere until very recently.
They are elegant foliage plants for indoors or tropical gardens, with glossy heart-shaped leaves reminiscent of their cousins the Alocasia, Philodendron and Syngonium.
When mature, this broad-leaf tropical specimen is an absolute statement piece.
